Work Notes

  • Yeast starter (100g DME Golden Light / 1L water, boil 20mins) started 24h before pitch. Due to this, fermentation was pretty quick.
  • Used the wrong battery in the iSpindel. Wrong calibration then wrong numbers…
  • Plaato beer bubbler got jammed by krausen due to heavy fermentation. Fermentation line is then bogus…
  • iSpindel battery died on Friday July 8th
  • Kegging at 17h30 on July 9th
  • Off-Flavor and scent probably due to high-temperature fermentation
