- Yeast starter (100g DME Golden Light / 1L water, boil 20mins) started 24h before pitch. Due to this, fermentation was pretty quick.
- Used the wrong battery in the iSpindel. Wrong calibration then wrong numbers…
- Plaato beer bubbler got jammed by krausen due to heavy fermentation. Fermentation line is then bogus…
- iSpindel battery died on Friday July 8th
- Kegging at 17h30 on July 9th
- Off-Flavor and scent probably due to high-temperature fermentation
